Problem
A team was manually building recurring reports from spreadsheet data — cleaning it up, organizing the information, and writing summaries by hand every time.
Solution
An automated pipeline was built to pull data from cloud storage on a schedule, structure it, generate a written summary via an AI-assisted workflow, and make the finished file available to download. The pipeline includes field validation and error handling so reports generate reliably without manual oversight.
Result
Reduced a 6-hour quarterly process to under 5 minutes, removing the need for manual data cleanup and report writing.
